Heike’s efforts are geared towards helping you regain hope, be it after an acquired brain injury (i.e. concussion/ traumatic brain injury, anoxia, meningitis, encephalitis, brain tumor, stroke, chemobrain), due to worries about aging issues, or other mental health challenges arising from stress, depression, or anxiety.
