About Jacquelyn

*Not accepting new clients.* My counselling practice focuses on working with adult individual clients (with a particular focus working with women ages 18+). Now offering sessions at our two locations – Fairfield Mental Health and Mental Health.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (17951) based in Victoria, B.C. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I offer an open-minded, welcoming approach that meets you where you are.

I have specialized training in ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), post-secondary counselling, anxiety and stress management, and mindfulness.

People seek counselling for a variety of reasons such as anxiety, stress, ADHD, motivation, life changes, or transitions (e.g., career, post-secondary, burnout, parenting, family). Together, we can identify opportunities for change and explore the most effective, evidence-based solutions.

Having someone who will join you on your path and listen with openness and kindness is important. If you would like to get started on your self-care and wellness, feel free to contact me. I offer in-person or video sessions for people in Victoria, and video or phone sessions for anyone in B.C. Visit our website at fairfieldpsychology.com to learn more.
