About Jane
Jane is steadfast in her commitment to the safety and well-being of her clients. With her work comes a deep respect for children, youth, parents, and the intricate relationships that define families. Jane strives to support others to identify their strengths, recognize their worth, learn to express self-compassion, and ultimately align with their path of integrity. While often incorporating creative art into her therapeutic approach, Jane works closely with clients challenged by anxiety (performance, social, health, general), ADHD, OCD, communication and relational issues, family discord, parenting challenges, grief and loss, and life transitions.
