About Jennifer
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. They’ve learned to be accommodating, capable, and responsible — often to the point where they’re carrying far more than their share. They may overthink decisions, struggle to say no, replay conversations long after they’re over, or feel guilty for having needs at all. These patterns often get normalized rather than questioned.
If you’re constantly managing other people’s expectations, second-guessing yourself, or feeling anxious before and after interactions, something important may be happening beneath the surface…not because anything is wrong with you, but because your nervous system has learned strategies that no longer serve you.
I offer a structured, skill-based approach for women who want to stop people-pleasing, reduce overthinking, and communicate more clearly — without spending years in therapy or reliving the past. This work is practical, present-focused, and intentionally short-term.
My six-session framework (The Self-Trust Arc) helps you:
– Understand why indecision, guilt, or boundary struggles keep showing up
– Clarify your values so decisions become simpler and less draining
– Interrupt rumination and perfectionistic thinking
– Learn calm, assertive boundary language that doesn’t escalate conflict
– Practice real-life decisions and conversations with support
– Build trust in your own judgment moving forward
This is not crisis therapy, trauma processing, or open-ended emotional exploration. Instead, we focus on understanding your patterns, learning concrete skills, and applying them in daily life. Many clients describe this work as relieving, empowering, and surprisingly practical.
You don’t need to be in crisis to want support. Wanting life to feel easier, clearer, and more aligned is reason enough. I offer a 30 minute introductory call to help us decide whether this approach is a good fit for you.
