John Zak is a trauma counsellor with an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. He uses EMDR and Somatic Therapy to help clients who are struggling with PTSD, Trauma, Grief, Anxiety and Depression. He also works with couples, those who are Neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, ect), and anyone struggling with addiction. John has an office in Surrey/White Rock BC, and works with clients all around Vancouver.
