About Joyce
My background includes working with adolescents, adults, the elderly, First Nations people, persons with intellectual and physical disabilities, and people with acquired brain injuries. In therapy, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including solution focused, cognitive behavioural, rational emotive behavioral therapy, person centered, narrative therapy, EMDR for trauma, systems and feminist therapy. I have experience working with anxiety, anger management, stress, depression, grief and loss, OCD, trauma, and addictions. I have expertise in the acute care setting and extensive community experience in the mental health and addictions field.
