About Katya
Are you feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns? I offer a compassionate, direct, and trauma-informed approach to help you process life’s challenges, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. I support individuals and couples through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, providing both insight and practical tools you can use right away.
My style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I’ll listen deeply, but I’ll also challenge the beliefs and narratives that may be keeping you from moving forward. I draw from talk therapy, body-based practices, and eye-movement techniques, tailoring my approach to your unique needs.
Having lived in multiple countries and worked with diverse communities, I bring a deep respect for every client’s story. I especially enjoy working with couples, immigrants, and the LGBTQ2+ community, and I strive to create an inclusive space where you feel truly seen and understood.
Outside of my work, I see life as the ultimate adventure—I’ve traveled to over 60 countries, practice Vipassana meditation and yoga, and find joy in dancing, sailing, and climbing mountains.
