About Kelly

I care deeply about holding space for people to heal and find a deeper sense of peace and acceptance that will hold them steadier in difficult times in life. I am honoured to get to do this very important work with people and work hard to find strategies that fit their needs and wants for the past, present and future.
My practice is trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally sensitive to the intersections of diversity. I work with people struggling with mental health issues such as, anxiety, depression, addictions and trauma. I support children and adults who are neurodivergent. I also support people moving through grief, loss and life transitions. I have training in EMDR (Adults and Children), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Social Thinking, art therapy, attachment therapy and suicide prevention. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support people’s individual needs. I am open to integrative practice and collaborating with other supports in your life that can offer a ‘wrap around’ to your healing and growth.
