Kristen Holbrook Counselling is a group practice consisting of Registered Clinical Counsellors who work with youth, adults, children and couples facing a wide range of presenting issues. We draw from a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help our clients reach the goals that they set out to achieve. Whether you would like to further self-exploration, break old patterns keeping you from reaching your full potential, work through past trauma, gain more clarity on a specific issue, or repair ruptures in your relationship, we are here to support and assist you in reaching your goals. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate any schedule.
