About Landa
My counselling practice focuses on working to support neurodivergent children, youth, and emerging adults in the areas of relationships, sexual health, and working with those who have experienced trauma, particularly sexual trauma. I believe in supporting clients to live full lives in ways that are meaningful to them. I integrate multiple modalities and approaches tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and preferences. I work within a neurodiversity-affirming approach where people can express their authentic selves in safe and healthy ways.
My counselling practice is grounded in person‑centered, collaborative, trauma‑informed care; neurodiversity‑affirming approaches; respect for autonomy, dignity, and self‑determination; harm‑reduction principles; and evidence‑based therapeutic strategies.
