About Laura

Do you struggle with your romantic relationships or friendships? Do you find yourself repeating the same negative patterns with different people in your life? Do you have a low self-esteem and you don’t know why? You may be struggling with Attachment wounds, which impact the relationships you have with others, and the one you have with yourself. I work with couples and individuals who feel they would benefit from guidance in their healing by unpacking their concerns and providing tools to improve their communication and understanding of themselves and others.

By using Attachment Theory as my lens, I aim to identify how your past experiences are impacting your current relationships. This will help us understand how your behaviours make sense in your own personal context, and we’ll explore alternative strategies to heal your relationships. We’ll work with thoughts, emotions, and Nervous System regulation.

I try to foster trust and warmth in my practice, with a bit of humour. If you are curious about working with me, feel free to book a complimentary 20-min consultation. We can discuss your concerns and you can decide if you would like to start your process of personal growth with me. It would be an honour to walk your healing journey with you.

I offer services in English, Spanish, or Catalan
