About Leena

I support high‑achieving women who appear capable and composed on the outside while quietly managing anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together. Many of my clients are the “strong ones” in their families, workplaces, and communities—accustomed to performing, over‑functioning, and meeting high expectations at the expense of their own well‑being.

In our work together, you don’t have to earn rest or prove your resilience. You get a space where you can slow down, be honest, and feel supported without judgment.

My approach is client‑led, trauma‑informed, and grounded in anti‑oppressive practice. I integrate CBT, DBT, EFT and EMDR to help clients reduce anxiety, soften perfectionism, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their own needs and values. Together, we explore the patterns that helped you succeed but may now be contributing to exhaustion, self‑criticism, or disconnection.

I work with women navigating:

• high‑functioning anxiety
• burnout and chronic over-responsibility
• perfectionism and imposter feelings
• people‑pleasing and boundary fatigue
• identity pressures and expectation
• difficulty slowing down or resting

If you’re used to being the one who “has it all together,” therapy can be the place where you finally exhale. You deserve support that honours both your ambition and your humanity.

I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready.
