About Lorraine
Lorraine has a wide array of experience of clinical practice in mental health in public services and private practice since 2001. She is currently working as a therapist in Richmond Eating Disorder Clinic and in her private practice. She has worked as a therapist in other clinical settings, such as, Vancouver General Hospital, Community Mental Health Team, SUCCESS, AFC, Linkage Counselling Centre, Family services of Greater Vancouver, Maples Adolescence Treatment Centre, and UBC. Her interests in practice and study has been on mood disorders, self harm, emotion regulation, and abuse/trauma. She also have years of experience working with teenagers, adults, families in individual or couple/family sessions. Lorraine delivers an integrative therapy that suits the clients’ needs. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Sessions can be conducted in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
