I specialize in helping you overcome current life challenges and past events that are holding you back from experiencing relationships and life fully. As a trained trauma professional, I have seen the impact that adverse events can have on our mental wellbeing.
I am particularly interested in looking at how nutrition can be used to improve mood and brain health, and how to reconstruct neural pathways disrupted by stress and trauma. I look at incorporating treatments that offer a long-term solution. This includes an integrative approach that incorporates principles of neuroscience, physiology, and psychology.
