Mark offers a non-judgmental and accepting space for you to explore your story and find hope for positive change. He is an authentic and compassionate counsellor who believes that healing begins when our emotions are witnessed and validated.

A Holistic and Brain-Based Approach to Therapy

Mark’s counselling style is grounded in the science of interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), which shows that our brains can grow and form new connections throughout our lives. He approaches therapy holistically—recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Rather than viewing old patterns as pathologies, Mark acknowledges them as coping strategies that helped you survive. Therapy with him provides a safe, collaborative container to explore these patterns, heal past hurts, and grow in your relationship with yourself and others. He is an integrative practitioner, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as:
