As we move through life, we can be faced with many challenges and it can be difficult to figure out where to go next. These experiences can feel isolating, but you do not have to face this alone. If you are experiencing low mood, decreased motivation, difficulties within your relationships or are feeling overwhelmed, we can work together to determine a path forward.
Since 2015, I have worked with children, youth and families with varying complex needs. I recognize that no two individuals are the same, and I ensure that our work together matches your specific needs. I maintain an attachment focused lens and work from a family systems perspective.
I offer a safe space and warm presence, recognizing the unique qualities of each individual while prioritizing a trauma-informed approach. Together, we can collaborate to identify the next steps towards a meaningful life.
