In my practice, I specialize in child and youth mental health, sexual abuse trauma, and families going through separation and divorce. My goal is to help you create a path forward towards meaningful change in an empathetic and non-judgemental environment. I strive to provide a counselling experience that will help you feel comfortable, safe, and uplifted.
