About Navdeep

Please note my practice is currently fully remote.

Hello, my name is Nav! I am a gay, cis, non-disabled, second generation, racialized settler. I strive to practice from a place of cultural humility, and view the world through queer, social justice, and anti-oppressive lenses. My outlook and practice are shaped by my lived experiences and my journey in exploring and embracing my personal and cultural identities.

I am passionate about working with individuals who feel isolated from themselves or the world around them. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit, and the healing power of storytelling. A lot of my work is centered on queer and gender diverse identity, minority experiences, identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Which I explore with folks using a non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative approach.
