About Nicole
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Clinical Supervisor (ACS-Candidate) with the BCACC and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I provide online counselling to individuals for relationship concerns, attachment styles, history of childhood or relational trauma, stress and anxiety.
I integrate a variety of approaches in my work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, Somatic therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My work is relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming.
Individual Session – 50 Minutes (Online) – $160
Couples Session – 50 Minutes (Online) – $180
I also offer individual and group supervision for counsellors in private practice.
Individual Clinical Supervision/Consultation – 50 Minutes (Online) – $140
Group Supervision – 2 hour monthly (Virtual) – $65/group
