About oliver
I see counselling as a safe space to talk through whatever is on your mind, whether you’re feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck with a big decision or life transition. Some clients come in for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, identity questions, or adjusting to a new diagnosis and figuring out what that means for them. In counselling, we can explore strong emotions, make sense of what you’re experiencing, work through grief or change, and find practical next steps that feel right for you. At the end of the day, counseling is your space focused on what matters most to you.
As a therapist, my experiences shape how I approach change. Since 2017, I’ve worked in community mental health, traveled across the province to advance disability rights, and currently serve as a clinician with the First Nations Health Authority. My work is informed by Two‑Eyed Seeing, the immigrant experience, systems of oppression, and generational trauma.
It takes courage to admit you need help, and even more courage to reach out for it. If you’re ready to commit to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you. As your ally, I will do my best to support you in reaching your goals and creating meaningful change in your life.
