About Paul
“Ubi vita est, ibi spes est.” ~ “Where there is life, there is hope.”
Many of us have had times in our life when, for many valid reasons, our hope has faltered or been lost; hope that our circumstances can change, hope that we can feel better, or hope that life can once again be experienced as worth living.
I also believe that we are doing the best we can with what we have in our current life circumstances.
Counselling can provide a safe, supportive space to find a way to both accept where we are at in life right now – for better or for worse – and to learn how to successfully make meaningful changes so that we can live life to the fullest.
Whether you’re at the end of your rope, searching for healing and wellness, or seeking tools and strategies to advance your goals in life, if you think I might be a good fit for you to work with, I’d be happy to have the privilege of speaking with you.
