At Luxia Counselling, we specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, relationship issues, grief, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related stress. I work with young adults, adults, and seniors using Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Narrative, Strengths-based, EMDR, and CBT approaches to address the challenges affecting their mental health. I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore the emotional, mental, and social aspects of their struggles. With a deep respect for each person’s unique healing journey, I consider their cultural background and values as central to the therapeutic process.

I firmly believe in the transformative power within each person to create positive change in their life. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized therapeutic approach, supporting their growth, healing, and journey toward thriving in ways that are unique to them.
