About Phuong Thao (Rachel)

You were never meant to carry it all alone. Some days, the weight of old wounds, unkind inner voices, and invisible expectations can feel like too much to hold. In our work together, I offer a space where your story is welcomed in its entirety – the raw, the vulnerable, and the real. I will meet you with warmth, compassion, and curiosity, while gently supporting you in stepping into new possibilities that feel right for you.

I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating and eating disorders, or simply feeling overwhelmed by daily life. I also support those who are neurodiverse or navigating questions around identity, culture, family dynamics and the impact of larger systems on their well-being.

It can feel scary to take that first step and reach out for help, especially when you’re used to carrying things on your own. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can walk through it together, one step at a time.

With years of experience in community work and healthcare settings, supporting diverse individuals and families, I bring both skills and compassion to every session.

I support teens and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of neurodiversity and cultural identity. Drawing from my community work and clinical training, I provide a compassionate space to process difficult emotions, honour your lived experiences, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and the world.
