About Phyllis

Analytic psychologist (Jungian psychoanalysis) with a previous training in psychiatry as a registered nurse. In Toronto, I had a private practice in addictions counselling and psychotherapy, and am qualified to do general psychotherapy, art therapy and Sand play.

As a Jungian psychoanalyst, my main strength is in the individuation process, helping people to truly become themselves. Often this involves working through early issues, current relationships and trauma. Some of my work is with therapists working on professional issues, like transference and vicarious trauma. Also with two years of university training in fine arts, as well as art therapy and sand play and a published writer, many clients are artists and writers attempting to overcome blocks in creativity.
