About Pisa
Pisa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, parents and families in non-profit organizations, health authority settings and private practice. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, childhood trauma, mental health, special needs and self-esteem. She offers services in English and Cantonese.
Pisa is passionate in helping you to discover the depth of who you are and reach your potential so that you can be fully present and congruent in your world and relationships. Her clinical practice focuses on a holistic, client-centered and collaborative approach with a touch of creativity and strength-based.
Pisa has a strong curiosity in learning about life, psychology and counselling. She has been trained in Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Expressive Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy. Continuing education is part of Pisa strives for.
Outside of practice, Pisa enjoys reading, cooking, playing sports, walking in nature, being in nature, admiring the beauty of nature and hanging out with loved ones and her adorable cat and turtles.
