About Rayen

Rayen McLeod (she/her) is a Secwepemc First Nations woman with mixed European ancestry. Over the past two decades, she has worked in the social service sector, walking alongside individuals, couples, and families. She has also spent many years advocating for inclusive sexual health, particularly within LGBTQ2S+ communities.

Rayen believes in the importance of human connection and that creating a safe space for healing is deeply interconnected. She works within a holistic therapy model, prioritizing personalized support tailored to each client’s unique journey. Rayen believes in addressing the whole person, recognizing that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are interconnected.

Using a holistic approach with integrated evidence and strength-based therapies, she prioritizes creating an inclusive and affirming atmosphere for individuals of all identities and backgrounds, fostering an environment where exploration and growth can flourish.
