Renee is honored to partner with clients through life’s challenges and celebrations. Driven by a passion for creating a safe space, she offers empathy and insight to help her clients feel validated. Renee empowers clients by collaborating with them to uncover their tools for growth and healing, practicing with genuineness and compassion while cherishing their vulnerabilities.

Renee holds an MA in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University and provides counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and psychological disorders. She uses a client-centered, narrative approach, incorporating CBT and IFS to help clients understand themselves and their surroundings. Renee is attentive to her clients, tailoring her practice to meet their specific needs and working with all demographics, from youth to older adults.
