About Renu
With a passion for emotional health and the human condition, Renu offers registered clinical counselling (RCC) services to help you bring about a sense of calm, peace of mind, greater self-awareness and enhanced self-esteem. Collaborative work helps to create a deeper understanding around your own unique experiences, needs, emotions, thoughts and behaviour patterns to improve on presenting symptoms. Past events, trauma, or current struggles become more manageable, helping you to address your current concerns, apply new skills and to reframe limiting core beliefs to reach your happiest, most successful, and emotionally healthy self. You will experience Renu motivating, coregulating, and encouraging you to realize your own strengths and skills, where you may learn to contribute and relate in new ways moving forward. Using a multitude of strengths-based and solutions-focused psychotherapy interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), TF-CBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, Renu helps you to reduce psychological distress, build confidence, create new goals, and improve self-care along your journey. For couples, Renu offers Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to enhance relationship skills, improve communication, address emotions and needs and to rebuild trust.
Renu would love to meet with you to discuss your goals and needs for personal or professional growth and healing. Children, teens, adults and couples welcome. To book in a complimentary consultation call, or to book your first clinical counselling session, please feel free to reach by email at: [email protected]. Thank you!
