About Rod
Rod Chant is a family therapist experienced in working with couples, families and individuals. His background includes providing support and guidance around developing healthy relationships; this includes recognizing unhealthy patterns of behaviour that can damage a relationship. His expertise includes helping with managing anger, communication/conflict skills, with the goal of developing positive ways to connect with partners, family members, workplace peers. Rod also has experience in addressing such issues as depression, anxiety, victimization, co-dependency and addiction. Rod is also now offering support with regards to critical and chronic health issues. He is also currently making himself available for online video and telehealth counselling.
