About Rosie

Please Note I am currently away on parental leave until spring 2026.

Welcome, my name is Rosie (she/her). I am an integrative, holistic, and collaborative counsellor with a foundational trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-oppressive oriented perspective.
I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling from City University and have 9 years experience providing mental health support and crisis response in Vancouver across various settings.

Our work together may look different depending on your unique needs and experiences. You may need to talk through plans, ideas, or beliefs to rediscover your role in life’s events or find security in a decision. You may need support with difficult emotions or tools to find new ways of responding to difficult situations. You may be searching for clarity about the past and want to uncover new meaning or a new narrative for your story. You may carry deep emotional wounds that require compassionate connection and relational body-oriented processes for healing. My hope is that whatever your searching for, we can work together to find an approach that helps you feel empowered, respected, and heard — that ultimately sparks an enriched version of you.

I am honoured to be with you on this journey towards healing, growth, self discovery, and change. I feel enormous gratitude for your trust in me and respect your preferences, knowledge, choices, lived experiences, and identities in every step of the process.

Areas of Support:
-relational trauma
-addiction/substance misuse
-anxiety
-perinatal mental health
-psychedelic integration and education
-depression
-suicide
-gender identity and sexuality
-self-worth
-interpersonal and relationship issues
-life transitions
-burnout & vicarious trauma

I am currently offering in person and video sessions.
My standard fee is $170 for a 50 minute session. You may qualify for financial assistance through your employer or extended health care provider. Contact your insurance provider or human resources department to see if you have coverage for therapy by a RCC.

Asking for support is tough, it takes heaps of courage to reach out. And it can feel intimidating trying to sift through the many faces and find a right fit. Which is why I am happy to offer a free 15-minute chat where I welcome your questions about what to expect form our time together. Please contact me by email or telephone to arrange a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
