Families often carry the quiet weight of addiction. You may be trying to stay strong for everyone else, while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to help without losing yourself. My role as a Registered Clinical Counsellor is to provide a safe, grounded space for you to focus on your own wellbeing without guilt or fear.

I specialize in supporting spouses, partners, parents, and adult children who are impacted by a loved one’s substance use. My clinical approach integrates trauma informed care, family systems therapy, and attachment science, with a strong focus on boundaries, emotional regulation, communication patterns, grief, and rebuilding trust. Together, we identify what you can control, honour what you feel, and strengthen the relationships that matter most to you.

Clients describe my style as warm, steady, and collaborative. I believe every person has inherent resilience and that healing becomes possible when someone finally says, “I am not alone in this anymore.”

I offer secure virtual counselling, making support accessible from wherever you are. Whether your loved one is actively using, newly in treatment, or years into recovery, you do not have to carry this alone. Support for families is not optional in recovery. It is essential.
