About Ruby

I have over 22 years of experiencing working as a Clinical Counsellor. While my practice focus on strength based and solutions. My philosophy is also Client Centered, and I tailor knowledge and methods from the various therapeutic modalities to best respond to client needs. I do EMDR, DBT, and trauma work. I have in-depth working knowledge with psychotropics and their utilities. I have worked with client from a wide range of background, cultures, LGBTQSS status. I do have a special interest in adolescents, young adults and their families, as well as Women’s Mental Health. I run specialized therapy groups with adolescents/youths and their families to better their mental wellness. I also have extensive experience working with, OCD, Bipolar Disorders, Psychosis, Neurodivergence, and Substance Use Disorder.
