About Rupert

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I work with individuals and couples navigating life through a neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or creatively wired lens. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or burned out—longing for a life that feels more authentic and easeful.

My approach is mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in parts work (IFS-informed), somatic awareness, and creativity. I support clients in building a compassionate relationship with themselves—whether they’re working through anxiety, people-pleasing, stress in relationships, or seeking to reconnect with their own sense of purpose and expression.

With a background in both psychotherapy and the arts, I offer a space where deep reflection, nervous system regulation, and playful exploration can coexist. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism and ADHD), Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), men’s mental health, and burnout recovery.

Together, we can move from survival mode into a way of being that feels grounded, meaningful, and fully you.
