Sally-Anne Haug, MA, RCC, is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Certified EMDR Therapist, and IFS-trained therapist, and the Founder and Clinical Director of Mental Blocks EMDR Therapy in Vancouver, BC. She specializes in EMDR therapy for complex trauma, PTSD, attachment wounds, childhood trauma, dissociation, anxiety, high-functioning trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.

With more than 30 years of experience in public mental health and private practice, Sally-Anne works with adults who may appear highly capable and successful while privately struggling with the lasting effects of trauma. Clients often describe chronic stress, burnout, emotional disconnection, relationship difficulties, over-functioning, or the persistent feeling that they are never quite good enough.

Her practice is grounded primarily in EMDR therapy and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). She integrates EMDR and IFS principles to understand protective parts, attachment patterns, nervous-system responses, negative beliefs, and adaptations that developed in response to childhood and relational trauma.

Sally-Anne also provides EMDR consultation to therapists working toward EMDR certification and clinicians seeking advanced support with complex trauma, dissociation, and EMDR case conceptualization.
