As a counsellor I love seeing those I support grow in their personal sense of confidence and make the changes in their lives that they have longed to see. I believe this happens through talking with someone who gives you a visceral sense of security and connectedness so you can feel at ease to share honestly, and freely. Through that process we will notice and uncover your strengths, lean on your supports so that you can grow and move toward the changes you hope to see.
