About Sarah
I believe in a diversified approach because each person is different. I work from a combination of perspectives that include Somatic, Family Systems, Cognitive, Experiential and Transpersonal orientations. That means that my therapy targets thinking, sensing, feeling and doing. Rather than simply talking through an issue, you may be invited to participate in an exercise designed to help you achieve a new experience, or a new way of seeing or dealing with the issue. We will explore what gets in the way of your heart’s desire, from the perspective of understanding that the blocks to what we want are symptoms of our survival strategies that made sense when we were young, and later in life are no longer serving us.
