About Sarah
Sarah is warm, enthusiastic and compassionate in her work with individuals. These are just some of the tools she uses to help others discover their own strengths as a means to aide them in their growth and healing. Her curiosity and inclusiveness are foundations to her practice.
She provides a holistic and flexible approach to her work, ensuring that she is best meeting the unique needs of each of her clients. Through her experiences, Sarah has had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of individuals, with a special focus on youth and adolescents. She is dedicated to providing a supportive, safe, and inclusive counselling experience where clients can express themselves and feel heard, seen and understood.
Special interests include youth/adolescents and the challenges they face related to body image, self-esteem and pressures including social media. Sarah also can provide support to caregivers involved in a young person’s life.
