About Sean
Hello, and welcome.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2013. My training includes five years at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, Somatic Experiencing, and psychedelic-assisted therapy through Therapsil and Ecstatic Mysticism.
Over the past several years, I’ve deepened my work through nature-based practices with the Animas Valley Institute, and study with teachers such as Martin Shaw, Daniel Foor, and several medicine people from the Southern Hemisphere.
I’m passionate about supporting people to reconnect with their vitality, purpose, and unique gifts. I especially enjoy working with individuals in times of major life transition, spiritual awakening, or deep inner inquiry.
My practice is best suited for those who are motivated to make meaningful changes, who are courageous in facing truth, and who feel called to live in service to this beautiful planet we share.
