About Seia
A Compassionate, Collaborative, and Creative Approach to Therapy.
Are you interested in therapy that encourages you to creatively explore your challenges and find connection that feels supportive?
Therapy isn’t all about words. By blending Art Therapy, Nature-based Therapy, talk therapy, and somatic approaches, I create a safe, holistic space for clients of all ages to explore their barriers, embrace change, and live authentically.
My trauma-informed practice is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring every session honors your unique story. Whether through creative expression, the grounding power of nature, or mindful body awareness, I meet you where you are—helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and resilience.
With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy from Adler University and training in Nature-based therapy, sessions can take place outdoors, in one of my offices, or online. You don’t have to commit to one; we can mix it up and explore what feels right for you.
I work with all ages and specialize in supporting people who are artists, empaths, highly sensitive, neurodiverse, or anyone who feels “different” and wants to work with a therapist who celebrates your uniqueness and helps you find ways to feel you belong.
Your path to growth and well-being starts here.
