About Serena

I offer telehealth counselling to support individuals with anxiety, injury rehabilitation (physical and psychological stress injuries, with a specialization in concussion / acquired brain injury), acute and chronic pain, and work transitions / reintegration to work. I was previously an NCAA Div I track and field athlete, so have lived experience as an elite athlete; I work with Pacific Sport as a networked partner to support athletes navigating sports-related injuries. I am also an Occupationally Aware Clinician via First Responder Health and have practical experience working with first responders and paramilitary populations .

I have dedicated my career to collaborative, interdisciplinary work with a variety of professionals, including occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, physiotherapists and physicians to provide clients with the evidence based care and compassion as they work towards recovery and healing. I am able to direct bill via Telus eClaims and Blue Cross, however do not direct bill to ICBC at this time.
