About Shawna
You deserve a soft landing where you can express the unexpressed and explore the things that make you human. My intention is to assist you with accessing your deeper truth and authentic self – helping you find your way back home to yourself. My approach is to care for the soul with loving compassion and create a safe and supportive environment where you can improve your relationship with self and others. I use a trauma-informed approach and work with folks holistically on varying issues (anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, grief, burnout) to bring healing, understanding, and hope.
I have an eclectic approach, and encourage my clients to intuitively listen and engage with their mind and body to gain a deeper understanding about themself and their experiences. My aim is to help you expand your capacity to cope with stressors and learn to manage emotions with acceptance rather than fear, bringing inner peace.
Your stories are sacred, and I consider it a privilege to be able to walk with someone on their journey. Together, we can examine and dismantle mental and emotional blocks, grow with self-compassion, and learn tools which improve connection with self, others, and world.
