About Shiva
Shiva holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has over 10 years of experience as a Child and Family Psychotherapist. Her practice is grounded in attachment-based and evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Neurofeedback Therapy, and tDCS.
She works with children and adolescents experiencing a range of complex concerns, including ADHD, ADD, Autism, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and attachment-related trauma, drawing on experience across community, clinical, and private practice settings.
Shiva is committed to creating a safe, compassionate therapeutic space and takes a strengths-based approach, helping clients build resilience by recognizing their abilities, progress, and past successes.
