About Stacy

As a dedicated counsellor, coach, and consultant, my expertise lies in supporting neurodivergent adults, specializing in conditions such as autism, ASD, schizophrenia, and beyond. I am deeply committed to creating a space where individuals can explore their unique strengths, navigate challenges, and cultivate a life that aligns with their authentic selves.

In addition to my work with neurodivergent adults, I specialize in assisting parents of children with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism and ADHD. My goal is to empower parents with the tools and understanding needed to nurture and support their children on their individual journeys.

Another area close to my heart is trauma recovery. Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, I guide survivors through the healing process, helping them reclaim a sense of safety, strength, and empowerment.
