Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, and/or workplace issues, I offer evidence-based techniques to help you sift through it all, build resilience and find balance.

• Anxiety & stress – I offer practical strategies for calming the mind and regaining control.
• Managing Anger – together we can explore the roots of your anger and develop tools for healthier ways to manage it.
• Emotional Regulation – I can help you with navigating overwhelming emotions and cultivating inner stability.
• Relationship conflict – providing you with communication skills and setting boundaries, you can heal from past hurts and improve your relationships.
• Work stress and burnout – I can assist you with navigating your work situation, cope with the specific demands of your job, and explore the next steps that you can take in your work situation. I work with health care providers and those in the helping professions to process traumatic experiences and find emotional relief.
• Single Incident Trauma – Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective approach for fostering healing and emotional resilience, we can work towards helping you find relief from PTSD symptoms due to single traumatic events that you have either been directly involved in or have witnessed recently.
• ADHD – I provide strategies for helping you to improve self-esteem and gain confidence in your capacities as someone coping with ADHD symptoms.
