About Teresa
My journey with counselling began as a Relapse Prevention Specialist in 2001, after which I pursued my Master’s Degree. I have worked in a Bereavement Center, a Family Counselling Center, a Cree-speaking First Nations Community, and also had the opportunity to work as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician for several years. I am grateful to have had well-rounded experience with great supervisors, and I truly love being in private practice and getting to work with a great variety of people and concerns.
I offer EMDR both in-office and online, and have seen great success treating both trauma and persistent negative thought patterns with this modality.
