I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor ( RCC) & Registered Social Worker ( RSW) with over 20 years direct experience with clients living complex lives including trauma. I am a client centered Solutions Focused clinician whose approach is non judgmental, Intersectional, highly empathic and ” hope friendly” with expertise and training in Addictions of all kinds and Recovery, Complex Trauma and Abuse, Gender Based Violence, Mental and Chronic illness. I have an in person office in East Vancouver and offer online and telephone appointments.

I am a Crime Victim Assistance program (CVAP) approved counsellor and
I am also an approved FNHA Mental Health Provider.

My professional background spans years of clinical work in Mental Health, Addictions, Chronic Health in both medical and community settings in Vancouver and Australia. I have worked in Gender Based Violence, Women’s and Indigenous Health , housing, community development and more.
I am trained in Non Violent Communication and as an End of Life Doula. I believe in open, honest communication from a heart centered place. I frequently supervise colleagues and students as a RCC and RSW supervisor and mentor and provide consulting support to community agencies.

My availability is flexible with appointments to suit .
I provide services to all with Extended Benefits for Clinical Counselling ( and/or Registered Social Work).
I am also a contracted counsellor with Family Services of Greater Vancouver and Surrey Women’s Centre.
