About Victor

Are you a gay man who feels anxious, stressed, disconnected or unsure how to move forward—either in your life or your relationship? Maybe you overthink everything, struggle to relax during sex or feel distant from your partner. You might feel pressure to keep it all together while quietly suffering inside. You want more ease, more connection and to feel like yourself again—whether that means quieting your anxiety, deepening intimacy or both. I know reaching out can be hard when you don’t know what to expect. I offer a warm, non-judgemental and shame-free space where you can feel safe, supported and truly seen.

As a fellow gay man, I help others work through anxiety, intimacy challenges and relationship struggles with compassion. Whether you’re battling overthinking, emotional distance or disconnection, I support individuals and relationships in untangling patterns, improving communication and building a stronger connection—within themselves and with each other.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Counselling can be a space to feel safe, seen and deeply understood—especially by someone who gets it. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and connected, visit my website today and book your free 15-minute consultation call to begin your journey toward relief and healing.

*At this time, I am seeing all clients online through video. Online counselling is effective, convenient, & easier than you may imagine.*

In addition to being an RCC, I am also a registered social worker (RSW) in BC, Alberta and Ontario.
