Victor Wakarchuk

Are you a gay man who feels anxious, stressed and overwhelmed? Do you feel like life is passing you by while you silently suffer alone? Anxiety can feel so incredibly overwhelming. You may feel sick to your stomach or have trouble sleeping. You’re looking for relief to finally feel “you” again. The good news is that there are specific skills you can learn to not only manage the anxiety, but truly thrive. I know reaching out for support can be really difficult when you don’t know what to expect. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and shame-free counselling environment so that you feel safe and supported.

I help gay men find freedom from anxiety, stress and overwhelm so that they can start living life to the fullest again. Often, this involves learning skills to help calm your nervous system, which is where your body creates the anxiety. Once you feel more grounded, we’ll jointly create a plan to help you move toward the life you’ve always wanted to live.

Anxiety is tough. You don’t have to suffer alone in silence. As a fellow gay man, I know that there are unique challenges that can come with being a gay guy. Visit my website today and book your free 15 minute consultation call to begin your journey toward relief and healing.

*At this time, I am seeing all clients online through video. Online counselling is effective, convenient, & easier than you may imagine.*

In addition to being an RCC, I am also a registered social worker (RSW) in both BC and Ontario.
