Climate Anxiety and Mental Health Navigating the feelings, and looking at what can help. Climate anxiety is a term that is being used to describe unpleasant emotions people are experiencing in response to climate change and its impacts.

In this session, we will discuss what climate anxiety is, where it stems from, and some practical strategies to support ourselves and others who may feel impacted by it.

A holistic approach to mental health and wellness, Matters of the Mind is a series of free online public events focusing on relevant and timely topics related to mental well-being. We’re contributing to the wellness of all British Columbians by fostering community connection, breaking stigma, and providing empowering information to help people through complexity.
