Beginning high school is a time of change for students and parents alike.

This workshop, with time for Q+A, provides families with the information they need to navigate this important transition with confidence. 

Together, we will cover:

  • class schedules
  • navigating new social environments
  • practical tips for parents and teens
  • answers to frequently asked questions

About the Presenter:

Rob Broughton is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in private practice in Vancouver. He has worked with youth for 20 years, as an elementary and high school teacher, a high school counsellor, and currently as an RCC. This presentation answers the most common questions and concerns he’s encountered from young people and their families as they enter high school.
